Day 1

I start the Paleo "life style" today.

Starting weight: 221.2

Break: 








Quick Easy Paleo Pancakes
Bacon strips
Melon salad ( watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew)

Snack:
Walnut and Almond mix
3 apricot

Lunch:
Shrimp with Marinara sauce


Dinner:

Salad with chicken and left over melon salad from breakfast
