Getting Started

I'm short on funds this month, its been a rough one.

So all I can do is prepare. I'm looking up where to buy certain foods, where to buy grass finished meats. I know I wont be able to jump right into grass fed, I'd like too but it's not realistic. I have prepared a shopping list of all the things I'll need for 1 week and its absurd. And at the same time exciting. I know I will get lazy and I wont want to do any cooking or preparing, but mentally preparing myself is one of my task.
